After completing the Ankara Vocational School of Finance under the Ministry of Finance, she completed his undergraduate education at izmir Dokuz Eylül University IBF Finance Department. Aslan started his career as a civil servant in the Ministry of Finance in 1974, and was appointed deputy director of the Tax Office in 1983 and director of the Tax Office in 1994.

She served as the Director of the Tax Office of Fatih Tax Office, Besiktas Tax Office, Halkalı Tax Office, Yenibosna Tax Office, Zeytinburnu Tax Office, Kocamustafapaşa Tax Office and Bayrampasa Tax Office, respectively.

In 2010, he retired from public office and started to serve as a Certified Financial Advisor in Istanbul. Aslan, who also holds the CMB Independent Auditor’s License and the KGK Independent Auditor’s Certificate, also performs the Bilir personality role under the Ministry of Justice.
